Côte-des-Neiges is Montreal's most diverse neighborhood — home to UdeM students, immigrant families, and long-time residents. High-rises, walk-ups, and everything in between — we move CDN.
Côte-des-Neiges (CDN) is one of Montreal's most densely populated neighborhoods, anchored by Université de Montréal and the massive apartment complexes along Côte-des-Neiges Road and Chemin Queen-Mary. The area has everything: high-rise towers with elevators and loading docks, classic walk-up buildings on side streets, and family homes climbing the slope of Mount Royal. Student moves dominate August and September, when thousands of UdeM, HEC, and Polytechnique students shuffle in and out. Traffic on CDN Road is notoriously congested — we time moves to avoid the worst of it.
CDN Road traffic is worst from 4–7 PM — schedule moves to wrap up by early afternoon
High-rises near Plamondon metro have elevators but limited time slots — book early
Student moves near UdeM fill up fast in August — reserve 3+ weeks in advance
The hill near UdeM can be icy in winter — our trucks carry chains and our crew brings salt for walkways
