1. Services

Up & Out Transport & Déménagement Inc. provides residential, commercial, and specialty moving services in the Montreal metropolitan area and long-distance routes across Canada.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Online quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, access conditions, and additional services requested on moving day. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes (GST + QST).

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Insurance & Liability

Up & Out carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Basic coverage is included with every move. Additional coverage options are available upon request. Clients are encouraged to review their home insurance policy for supplementary coverage.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate inventory and access information
• Ensure clear pathways and parking for moving trucks
• Disclose any items requiring special handling
• Be present or have a representative available on moving day

6. Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims should be submitted in writing to info@upandout.ca with photos of the damaged items. We will review and respond to all claims within 10 business days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
