Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! Up & Out is fully licensed with the province of Quebec and carries comprehensive liability insurance. Your belongings are covered from pickup to delivery. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for local moves and 3–4 weeks for long-distance moves. However, we also offer same-day and next-day emergency service — call us anytime at 438-900-9990.

Do you provide packing materials and supplies?

Yes! We offer full and partial packing services, including boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, wardrobe boxes, and eco-friendly reusable bins. All packing supplies are included when you book our Full Packing Service add-on.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Montreal and all surrounding areas (Laval, South Shore, West Island), Ottawa/Gatineau, and the Greater Toronto Area. For long-distance moves between these cities, we provide GPS-tracked dedicated trucks.

Can I cancel or reschedule my move?

You can reschedule for free up to 72 hours before your move date. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply. Contact us anytime to adjust your plans.

Do you move pianos, safes, or other heavy items?

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

While damage is extremely rare thanks to our professional packing and handling, our comprehensive insurance covers any items that may be damaged during transit. Simply file a claim within 48 hours and we'll resolve it promptly.
