How many movers do I need for my move?
A studio or 1-bedroom (1 1/2 to 3 1/2) usually needs 2 movers. A 2–3 bedroom (4 1/2 to 5 1/2) usually needs 3 movers. Larger homes and offices usually need 4.

When to add a mover
Walk-ups on the 3rd floor or higher, long carries, heavy appliances, or a tight elevator window. An extra mover often shortens the day enough to cost about the same.
