Your satisfaction is our top priority. To this end, if you are not satisfied with a product you purchase from us, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange. You may return the unused product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. 

Returning or exchanging an item is very simple: 

  1. Contact us first to let us know there is a problem.
  2. Package the product to be returned in the original packaging if possible.
  3. We recommend you use Canada Post or a courier that will issue a tracking form to send the package to us. You must pre-pay for the return shipping; we cannot accept COD deliveries. However, if the problem is a result of our error or the manufacturer’s error, we will reimburse you for the shipping along with the product refund. 

If, however, you are returning the product because of sizing issues or because you are no longer interested, we do not pay for return shipping. 

  1. Ship the product to: Kind Living, 178 Jarvis Street Orillia, Ontario, Canada, L3V 2A7.
  2. Keep a copy of the tracking form until your payment has been credited to your account.

Within 7 business days of receiving the product, we will refund the amount of the product (and shipping costs if the error is ours). 

If you are requesting an exchange instead of a refund (and the problem with the product is our error), we will reimburse you for the shipping costs and send you another product within 3 days. Note: if that product is no longer available, we will contact you directly to offer you one of similar value or a full refund. 



All orders over $50 are shipped for free! 

Note: At this time, we are only able to process orders from within Canada. 

We do our very best to ensure the availability of inventory information on our site is current and accurate; however, we do not guarantee it is accurate as electronic errors can occur and we are human. 

If you place an order for an item, and it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible and advise of when it will be available. 

Not everything that we sell at our boutique is available through our online store. If there is a product that you have seen in our store or are wondering if you can order through us, please contact us, and we will do our best to get the product for you. 

Once your order is placed and payment has cleared, we will ship within 3 days, usually within 24 hours. Depending on availability of your particular request, that time may be delayed. If it is, we will let you know as soon as we can. 

All of our orders are shipped through Canada Post using next day Expedited Parcel service, which guarantees their delivery time (and is between 1 and 7 days for Canadian orders). If you require rush service, please contact us and we will work with you to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. Note: additional charges will apply for rush orders. 

When you receive your order will be dependent upon several factors, including: 

  • When your order is received (orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. 
  • The time your order leaves our warehouse 
  • Weather that may affect delivery through Canada Post 
  • Delays through Canada Post
